We want you to feel completely confident in choosing Blazin Kings™. Our products are crafted to meet our exacting standards, and we stand behind them. The following policy details how we ensure a fair and transparent process for returns and exchanges on items purchased directly through our online store.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased directly from The Blazin Kings™ website and requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. It must be completely unused and in the same pristine condition in which it was received, including all original packaging.

Please Note: To uphold strict hygiene and quality standards for all our clients, any used cases or jars cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

A Return Authorization (RMA) number from our team is required before any return can be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

SALE ITEMS
All sales are final. Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code discount are not eligible for return or refund. Sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

HOW TO GET AN RMA
Please contact our customer experience team via email at Info@blazinkings.com. Include your original order number and reason for the return request. If approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions.

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted, and original shipping charges are not reimbursable. You will receive an email notification upon completion.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process after arrival at our fulfillment center. If 30 days have passed, please contact your card issuer before reaching out to us.

If the item was a gift purchased for you, a gift certificate for the product value (minus shipping) will be issued in lieu of a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to change or cancel orders after they are placed. Orders that have been sent to fulfillment or shipped will incur standard shipping and restocking fees if returned.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Your satisfaction is paramount. Please report any issues with damaged, defective, or missing items within 5 business days of delivery by emailing Info@blazinkings.com. We will promptly arrange for a return and replacement.

For shipping damage claims, retain all original packaging materials, as they are required for insurance claims. Forcible entry into any case or use of tools other than the provided key will void all warranties.

We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
